Emma & Harrison’s wedding was exactly the kind of wedding we love to be a part of and capture. To begin, it happened at a place that’s important to them – in this case, Emma’s late Grandmother’s home on Nauset Beach. It also happens to be the same place where they met three years earlier (to the month), and where Emma’s mom and dad were married (the best!). They asked Harrison’s uncle to officiate. Standing under a chuppah made by Harrison and friends, they spoke vows they had written themselves, and used rock, paper, scissors to decide who would go first in saying them.

Beyond the ceremony, which was beautiful, we appreciated how comfortable Emma & Harrison were with being themselves in front of us. They allowed themselves to be vulnerable, which gave us so many emotional moments to capture. Their photos show pure joy. I’ll let them do the talking.
